How much does end of lease cleaning cost?
Every quote is a fixed price, agreed before we arrive, with carpet steam cleaning included. The price depends on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the condition of the property, so send us those details through the quote form or WhatsApp and you will have a firm number back the same day. There are no extra charges and no hidden costs on the day.
Is carpet steam cleaning really included?
Yes. Every end of lease package includes hot water extraction steam cleaning of the carpets at no extra cost. Agents almost always ask for a carpet cleaning receipt at the final inspection, and ours comes with the clean.

No. Most end of lease cleans happen at empty properties. You can leave a key, meet us at the start, or arrange access with your agent, whichever is easiest.
